何霄，男，汉族，安徽省安庆市人。湖南财政经济学院讲师。博士，中级工程师职称。研究领域为工程生态与可持续建设管理、新型建筑工业化研究、混凝土结构损伤与劣化机理研究。参与国家重点研发课题子课题、国家自然科学基金项目、湖南省自然科学基金项目多项。论文发表于期刊《Advances in Materials Science andEngineering》、《Materiali in Tehnologije》及《Journal of Cleaner Production》。
