何郑，男，汉族，博士。2016年毕业于中南大学工程管理专业，获工学硕士学位；2018-2019年，国家公派美国纽约州立大学-布法罗分校联合培养博士，师从Khorasani, N.教授；2019-2021年，美国普林斯顿大学土木与环境工程学院，研究助理，师从Garlock, M.教授；2022年毕业于中南大学工程管理专业，获工学博士学位，师从原铁道部常务副部长、工程院院士孙永福。在工程管理领域国际国内权威/核心刊物上发表学术论文SCI/SSCI 9篇，EI 2篇。
