Excellent Faculty

In recent years, HUFE hascentered on talents cultivation and encouraged young teachers to get the master’sdegree and doctor’s degree. It has also set up favorable policies to attracthigh-level talents, which obviously improves the ability of teachingstaff.  

HUFE possesses its high-quality teachingteam both in teaching and administration. Now it owns 470 full-time teachers,among which there are 65 professors, 143 associate professors, 23 teachers withdoctor’s degree and 278 with master’s degree. Teachers with master’s degreeaccount for 75.1% of whole teachers. Furthermore, four teachers in HUFE haveearned the government’s subsidies, one the state-level candidate of New CenturyProject for Millions of Talents, one academic pioneer in Hunan, one socialscience expert, one with the title of “prestigious teachers”, 5 candidates ofHunan“121 Talents Projects”, 6 ones with the title of “excellent teachers”, 3Teaching Experts, 37 promising young teachers and 3 excellent teaching teams.
